Sound Healing Meditations with Incarcerated Communities, Veterans, and At-Risk Youth
It all started when…
I had a vision of offering sound healing meditations for incarcerated folks back in 2008. One of the first people I met in the sound healing world had been in jail as a teenager. When she told me her story, I immediately knew that this was part of my purpose. I had multiple family members in and out of the system and felt a passion to be in service to this underserved community. After years of asking, I finally got the opportunity to share at Elmwood Correctional Facility in 2019 and now currently offer our services through our non-profit The Adara Collective at Travis State Jail, Lockhart Women’s Prison, and Kyle Correctional Facility every week.
Adara Collective also works with Texas Juvenile Justice Department to serve incarcerated youth as well. We learn so much working in these spaces and remember the beauty of humility. I am honored to support people wanting to make a change before re-entering a society that is not always very welcoming. I love sharing tools and techniques that allow each individual the opportunity to practice something new and different as they peel back the layers and heal on a deeper level.

Sonic Runway at City Hall
Sound Healing Meditation at San Jose City Hall hosts Agada Energy Healing in a collaboration with the art piece "Sonic Runway". Listen with headphones as you view the sounds of the crystal singing bowls moving through the installation. Jessica Neideffer practices Reiki Healing and Sound Healing in downtown San Jose at Chiropractic from the Heart.
