In-Person:
You will rest on a massage table, fully clothed, covered with a blanket while I work with you to let go of what no longer serves (i.e. feelings of anger, frustration, sadness, regret, physical pain). The session is facilitated at my office. We will become aware of any patterns you are practicing and what You would like to move through during our time together. You will experience Reiki and Sound Healing during this session.

Virtual Session:
You will rest at home in your bed or in a quiet space while I work with you to let go of what no longer serves (i.e. feelings of anger, frustration, sadness, regret, physical pain). We begin the session with a 15 minute phone or video conversation. We become aware of any patterns you are practicing and what You would like to move through during our time together. I facilitate the session remotely working with a proxy, like a drawing or picture of the person. Sending Reiki Energy with Intention works the same as sending prayer to loved ones. Just like when you have an intense thought or feeling for someone and they call you in that moment. This is how strong our intention can be unconsciously. Imagine when you choose to send loving energy to someone intentionally!

During the session, You will experience Reiki Healing and Sound Healing.

You are welcome to make appointments anytime. I recommend checking in with the body and notice if there are any symptoms to be aware of and what they might represent before coming in.

You will rest in the comfort of your home while I work with you to let go of what no longer serves (i.e. feelings of anger, frustration, sadness). We work via an online Zoom call to discover any limitations and release pain or discomfort from the body as well. You will experience Reiki and Sound Healing in this session.

The Program offers monthly 1:1 sound healing sessions with exercises and tools that I share from my book THE LITTLE BOOK OF TOOLS that support us moving forward in our lives from a Clear, Centered and Grounded space.

As we work together, we discover what patterns or limiting beliefs we may be holding that are keeping us from achieving our goals. We look at relationships and how we participate in them. We become aware of the relationship with our Self and create a new way of living that promotes a more desired environment through the changing of our thoughts.

Weekly check-in calls to create structure and consistency during your transformation.

These sessions are offered VIRTUALLY and IN-PERSON.

This is an intensive program focusing on release of the attachment to the stories we tell of our Self. We dig into the stories of our parents, grandparents, and even great grandparents to see what limiting beliefs we are carrying from them and how to let go of what does not belong to us. The stories of our ancestors (anger, unworthiness, not good enough) are able to be changed when we have awareness of what no longer serves.

Each week we meet to bring these stories to the surface to be clear about the ones that resonate and which stories you are ready to shift out of… We meet each week consistently to experience Sound Healing and Reiki Energy Healing to support the release of limiting beliefs (stories) on a deeper level.

You will also learn different guided meditation techniques to support you outside of our time together. You will learn (remember) how to work with your mind and visualization to create new healthy habits that will support your growth and evolution. Sound and Energy Healing support and accelerate this process of peeling back the layers to get to the root of what you are experiencing and then decide how to move forward in the best way.

Each week you will receive a Sound Healing with Reiki session, a detailed report of the session and suggested tools / exercises to practice until we meet the next week to support your clearing. The tools I share to continue your work are simple and easy to practice. They remind you how to BE aware of the thoughts and feelings that are truly yours and how to see clearly when something no longer serves.

Welcome to the practice of Finding Your Frequency! This is a training for individuals interested in practicing the movement of energy through a combination of different healing modalities, including Reiki and Sound Healing.

Since I began my practice in 2007, I have come to understand the importance of grounding and creating a healthy foundation in order to facilitate healing sessions in the most beneficial way. We work with Reiki as the base because it provides symbols and focal points to easily re-focus the mind if it wanders. In addition, it is important to keep our minds open to other ways of healing since our bodies will resonate with different modalities at different phases of our journey.

The desired outcome of this training is for You to be aware of your innate abilities to heal your Self from within, one thought, one action at a time. Another is to be effective in changing your environment by seeing clearly how you are participating in each experience. And as you begin to clear your own energy, you will be able to support others on their healing journey. We will practice being consistent in building our own self-awareness so we are the most integral channel of love and healing energy as we support others in their evolution.

During our time together we will meet to practice Reiki (distant and in-person) energy movement techniques to become more aware of your Self and learn how to facilitate sound healing sessions with crystal singing bowls and other frequency tools. I will provide direct feedback and assignments via email for you to practice at home and we will hone your skills with each connection to create the practice you are dreaming.

Weekly 1:1 Zoom Meetings will be our mode of connection during the 6 month program. In-person meetings are possible when I am in your town.
